Springfield Demize Summer Futsal Academies

   Active Living Program 2008

Description:

This is a 2-week program for grades K thru 6th that will run in throughout the 2008-2009 school year.  During the program, students:

1.  Strive to be active for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week for 2 weeks

2.  Springfield Demize Soccer Team is booked to teach a soccer clinic one time during your 2 week challenge.

 The following ACTIVE LEARNING PROGRAM materials include:

1.  Lesson plans to launch the program

2.  Program log sheets for each student

3.  Prize drawing for you class- 1 "Micro Training-Soccer Ball" donated by Springfield Demize and 1 Demize T-Shirt donated by Czar Graphics

4.  School Grand Prize:  Official Demize Soccer Ball donated by the Springfield Demize
